We delivered the retail strategy for Merrifield City, a neighbourhood centre developed by QIC in partnership with MAB Corporation and Gibson Property Corporation within Victoria's largest masterplanned development in Melbourne's rapidly growing northern corridor.
Through comprehensive demographic research and competitive analysis of the diverse, multicultural trade area, we developed a targeted retail strategy and detailed tenant mix recommendations that guided both development and leasing teams.
The outcome: a 6,635 sqm retail destination that established the foundation for this transformative Town Centre, demonstrating our ability to create authentic retail destinations that connect with evolving communities.
