Katapult Consulting delivered specialized F&B support for the launch of the fresh food precinct at Castle Towers, as part of Stage 3A, QIC's transformational $300 million expansion of Sydney's premier regional shopping destination in Castle Hill. Working collaboratively with the design and leasing teams, we provided operational expertise to optimize food tenancy designs and ensure seamless alignment between concept development and operational excellence. Our comprehensive pre-opening support program guided tenants through launch preparation, culminating in intensive on-site assistance for the late 2019 opening.
